Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: Send an initial appointment request through our website and Dr. Banton will get in touch with you through phone, texting or email (just let us know your preference). You can also call our office at 262.788.5016 or message us on Facebook or Instagram to schedule an appointment.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We currently are not in-network with any insurance providers. This allows us to provide you the best, most affordable care that is specific to your needs and health goals. We are a self-pay practice, serving whole families. We provide several payment options and family pricing structures to make it as affordable as possible for the whole family to get care. We do accept HSA/FSA. We work for you and your needs, not the needs of an insurance company.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 15350 W National Ave, Suite 117, in New Berlin, WI. Our practice is located in the New Berlin Professional Building and sits back a bit off of National Avenue between the AutoZone and the Take 5 Oil Change.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Parking is available in the back of the building. From the parking lot, enter the split-level professional building and head down the stairs and to the left to our clinic.
